The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PSHE education, a passion for teaching, and the ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive PSHE lessons to students of varying ages and abilities.Use a variety of teaching methods and online tools to engage students and enhance their learning experience.Create a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment that encourages student participation and well-being.Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their personal and academic goals. Qualifications: Relevant teaching qualification - PGCE, Qualified Teacher Status QTS or equivalent teaching certification.Proven experience teaching PSHE or related subjects, preferably in an online setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Proficiency with online teaching platforms and educational technology.
