Residential Property Conveyancer, Essex : 2+ PQE : GBP Up to circa GBP 45,000 (DOE) : An established East Anglia based law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer into their team in Essex. or to register your interest, Cassie on 454 or email with your CV. JOB TITLE: Residential Property ConveyancerPQE: 2+ PQELOCATION: EssexSALARY: GBP Dependent on experience THE ROLE:You will be required to conduct a varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion including sales and purchases, leasehold matters. The caseload will vary from day to day and applicants must be comfortable dealing with clients face to face. THE CANDIDATE:Applications are required from experienced conveyancers including Licensed Conveyancers. You must have experience of undertaking your own caseload of residential property matters and possess the capability to use case management systems. You will boast a strong client focused approach coupled with excellent organisational skills. THE FIRM:This is a great opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer who is looking to thrive in a law firm who provides quality work and a friendly supportive environment.
