Mechanical Maintenance Shift Engineer : Heathrow : GBP 40,000Location:HeathrowSalary: GBP 40,000Hours : 5 on, 5 off, 2 on 2 off A rare and exciting opportunity has come up to work for the growing facilities maintenance company in a Iconic building by Heathrow Station. My client is looking for one key member to complete their professional maintenance team, ensuring they continue to deliver an excellent service. You will be workingworking a Continental SHift Pattern The suitable candidate will have extensive commercial maintenance experience, Emergency lighting, Hot and colds, Fire alarm checks, FCUs , AHUs, UPS, BMS and riser experience. Particular knowledge of FCUs, water treatment and HVAC is needed and previous experience in a corporate client facing environment would be beneficial as this is a very corporate site.The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with C and G / NVQ level 2 and 3 and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Duties: : Lighting (Small installation, Fault:finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution) : Emergency lighting and Fire Alarm Tests : Presurisation Units : HVAC plant : Plant room maintenance : Air Conditioning : Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) : Chillers : Re:set : Pumps, Motors : Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) : Plumbing : Unblocking toilets, changing taps, seals etc : BMS System : Monitor (i.e. Hot and Colds) : UPS Systems : Monitor / Take readings : General building fabric : Escort sub contractors Requirements: : Trade trained with ideally 3 years experience in the building services : City and Guilds Qualified Mechanical : Good building services knowledge : Excellent Client Facing Package: : 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays : Pension Scheme : Call out 1 in 4 : First class Training : Excellent People Culture : Career Progression opportunities : Overtime : Private Healthcare
