The client is a UK wide company seeking a service Coordinators and schedulers to help organise the engineers and their workflow. Responsibilities: - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings- Help plan the day-to-day work for engineers- Handle incoming calls and correspondence- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports- Maintain organized filing systems and databases- Support the team with administrative tasks as required- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and information flow Requirements:- Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar role- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Salary is £25,000 / £27,000 depending upon experience.
