The RoleKey purpose of the role is to provide on-site supervision of voids properties and reporting back to relevant admin and superiors, ensuring compliance of health and safety and the instructions for the job have been followed. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Doing pre and post inspections/surveys on void property worksUsing schedule of ratesManaging a team of operativesToolbox talks ensuring health and safety The CandidateTo be considered for this role you will require experience in a similar role. The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £29 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
