*Please note, due to the holiday season our response to your application might be delayed.* Department: Marketing Location: Home based, UK Reports to: Marketing Director Hours: 37.5 per week Salary: (Depending on experience) Role Overview We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to anticipate market needs, grow customer demand and align internal teams to deliver gold-standard products. Key responsibilities: You will quantify and position our value-proposition to customers through : Product Marketing Strategy - Develop and execute comprehensive strategy aligned with company objectives, through effective positioning, compelling messaging, feature-to-benefit mapping and go-to-market implementation Market Research - Leverage internal and external data to identify target audiences, market trends and competitive landscape for new product launch and development opportunities Team Collaboration - Work with product development team throughout the planning and launch process on project management, regular communication and prioritising resources to ensure launch success Market Research - Arrange user testing, focus groups and qualitative interviews with market representatives, and incorporate feedback into product development and continuous improvement Launch Campaigns - Deliver original creative, copy, landing pages, content and advertising, distributing across channels including email automation workflows, to raise awareness and generate demand Sales Enablement - Provide guidance and support to internal teams and customers as a subject matter expert for the product portfolio. Create marketing assets, value assessment tools and documentation, and design and deliver sales training Video Case Studies - Orchestrate filming multiple stakeholders at employer organisation premises to highlight product impact, customer success and stakeholder stories Sales & Marketing ROI - Develop product marketing performance and impact metrics to analyse against business-critical targets and continuously optimise strategy. Candidate Specification: Essential Proven track record of success in developing and implementing product marketing strategies. Expertise with product lifecycle management principles and best practices. Strategic thinker who anticipates market trends and identifies opportunities for differentiation. Technical aptitude to understand complex product features, analytics tools and revenue impact. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in interpreting market data and customer insights. Driven, self-starter approach with exceptional problem-solving skills.
