Learn More About Our Company Job Purpose The Senior Marketing Manager for the EMEA and APAC regions is a key member of the Motive Power Global (MPG) Marketing Team. The role focuses on developing and implementing marketing strategies to support and expand our Motive Power line of business. The position will collaborate and interact with global teams across departments including Sales, Service, IT, and Engineering to develop marketing campaigns, messaging, collateral and programs to introduce new products, support existing products and to increase market share within both markets and on a global level. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Strategy and Execution Implement and execute brand strategies for the EMEA and APAC markets, including product positioning, audience targeting, and developing comprehensive marketing plans with specific objectives across various channels and segments:Leadership and TeamworkManage direct reports to achieve team goals, as required. Participate as a member of cross:functional teams.:Tactical PlanningAssist in the development of key strategic and tactical plans to increase sales, market share and profits in selected markets and segments.:Program ManagementLead marketing and product:related promotional programs from concept to execution, leveraging both internal and external resources to meet objectives.:Campaign ManagementDevelop marketing campaigns with the end goal of generating qualified leads to increase sales. Campaigns can be delivered in a variety of means including e:blasts, social media, print, PR, traditional mail, etc. Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as brainstorming fresh marketing strategies.:Outsourcing and Vendor ManagementWork in partnership with our outsourced vendors to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public facing communications, including print, digital, web, social media and video assets and other marketing collateral:Events and TradeshowsPlan and implement tradeshows with support of the global marketing team, outsourced agencies and local sales and service personnel. This position will also be required to staff key EMEA tradeshows, as necessary. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:CRM Database Management Support the infrastructure development of our customer database via Salesforce to ensure the correct segmentation, conversion reporting and marketing actions.:Sales and Service SupportProvide product support for the Sales and Service organization by developing and implementing training materials and tools to help maximize effectiveness:Collateral DevelopmentDevelopment and/or revision of collateral material and sales tools associated with all major product lines across multiple media formats including but not limited to print, digital, web based, video and animated formats.:Market and Competitor AnalysisEnsure current products are meeting customer needs and requirements by monitoring and analysing market and competitive information. Develop special reports related to market data, as required. Perform customer surveys as required:Planning and BudgetingAssist with the development of long term and annual marketing plans.
