This is a newly created HR Manager position due to growth within the business. There are currently 80 staff across two sites. Reporting directly to the CEO, as HR Manager you will: : Strategic Human Resource Planning: Align Human Resource strategies with business goals. Plan for talent acquisition, development, and succession. : Employee Wellbeing: Support physical, mental, and emotional health initiatives. : Cultural Development: Promote company values and integrity through leadership. : Recruitment: Source, hire, and onboard top talent. Manage job postings and interviews. : Performance Management: Set goals, provide feedback, and conduct reviews with department heads. Identify and address training needs. : Employee Engagement: Enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention through initiatives and surveys. : Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Foster a respectful, fair, and inclusive culture. : HR Analytics: Track Human Resource metrics, analyse trends, and make data:driven decisions. Generate effectiveness reports. : Compliance and Legal Matters: Ensure compliance with employment laws and advise on HR legal issues. : HR Information Systems: Streamline processes and maintain accurate records with Human Resource platforms. : Internal Communications: Keep employees informed and promote open communication. We are keen to speak to people about this HR Manager opportunity who have the following skills and experience: : Proven track record operating in a people and culture role. : Experience of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills and leadership abilities. : Self motivated and highly organised. : Previous experience working in an Human Resource Management role. : CIPD qualifications a benefit. : Must hold a current driving licence as you will be required to travel to the Midlands site from time to time. In return you will receive a salary of GBP 45,000 : GBP 55,000 per annum plus salary sacrifice pension scheme, 25 days' holiday, plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 35 days and death in service insurance.
