The successful candidate will work with Oldham Talking Therapies providing support to Adults with a range of diverse Mental Health issues. This is an Ongoing Contract with both Part-time and Full-time hours available. Job Purpose: Band 8a Highly Specialist Clinician CBTPay Rate: £30.53 PAYE p/h + £250 SCS Sign-Up BonusLocation: Oldham, Greater Manchester Hybrid Working availableWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00Contract: 37.5 Hours per Week Less will be consideredThe post holder will provide and supervise specialist psychological assessments and therapies appropriate to a Primary Care Intermediate psychological therapy service.Responsibilities To provide assessments for specialist psychological interventions/individual therapy based on complex data from a variety of sources to service users referred to the serviceTo be responsible for implementing a range of psychological interventions for individuals, carers, families and groups within and across teams. Developing and refining formulations across a range of clients and psychological modelsTo manage a therapy caseload providing evidence based psychological therapies to service users seen within the service in line with targets agreed with the Service ManagerTo provide clinical supervision to therapist within the service in line with Trust supervision policy and Talking Therapies guidelinesTo organise and implement specialist psychological advice, guidance, consultation and training to other professionals contributing directly to clients’ formulation, diagnosis and treatment.
