The Role: As a Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing care plans, overseeing staff, and ensuring adherence to regulations. Responsibilities: Maintain confidentiality and promote health and safety. Facilitate effective partnership with stakeholders. Manage systems to improve service delivery. Maintain premises and ensure health and safety measures. Conduct health and safety risk assessments. Provide fire safety instruction to staff and residents. Requirements: Previous experience working in a similar role. At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager with Ofsted. Experience working in a residential childcare setting. Level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook and other administrative software. Valid UK driving licence.
