Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of Plumbing tasks, leak detection, repairs to waste pipes etc.Carry out basic repair work centred around Plumbing and Joinery. Ensure all work meets health and safety standards.Complete property refurbishments to a high standard, ready for new tenants.Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs as needed.Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion.Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Requirements: Proven experience as a multi-trade joiner.Full UK driver's license.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
