The family team covers a range of privately funded work representing clients on marital breakdown issues covering divorce, financial remedy, private childrens issues and pre and post nuptial agreements. Applications are sought from Family Solicitors with 6+ years' experience gained with another leading law firm. It is essential that you can manage the full range of privately funded work representing clients on matters including marital breakdown issues covering divorce, financial remedy, mediation, collaborative law, private childrens issues and pre and post nuptial agreements. You will be required to work alongside the team to deliver marketing and business development initiatives, you will be expected to take an active interest in new client development. With a turnover in excess of GBP 15 million and an impressive track record of double digit growth. This firms client base is a mix of institutional clients, plcs, SMEs and private individuals.
