JOB TITLE: Property SolicitorPQE: 3+LOCATION: LondonSALARY: Excellent + Benefits THE ROLE:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join a reputable law firm based in London. Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including:- Acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.- Advising clients on high:value residential property matters.- Conducting thorough due diligence, drafting and negotiating contracts, and managing completions.- Providing strategic advice to clients on property investments and portfolio management.- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. THE CANDIDATE:The ideal candidate will have a robust background in commercial property transactions, with some exposure to high:level residential work. You must be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 3 years' PQE. THE FIRM:An established London firm in an ideal location.
