The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality sports coaching sessions to students, focusing on physical development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality sports coaching sessions to students in Key Stage 1 and 2 ages 5-11Plan and prepare lesson plans, including setting up equipment and resourcesMonitor student progress and provide feedback to class teachers and support to studentsDevelop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and colleaguesContribute to the development of the school's physical education programParticipate in school events and activities, including sports days and competitions Requirements: A relevant qualification in a sports-related field e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 Coaching CertificateExperience of coaching children aged 5-11Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamStrong organisational and time management skillsFirst Aid qualification or willingness to obtain What We Offer: A supportive and collaborative working environmentOpportunities for professional development and trainingCompetitive hourly rateA dynamic and motivated team of staffA chance to make a positive impact on the lives of our students How to Apply:If you are passionate about sports coaching and are committed to helping children develop their physical skills, we would like to hear from you.
