Upstream's objective is maintain Hammersmith and Fulham's place as a leading borough for the science, tech and creative industries and to help catalyse a cohesive and impactful ecosystem, particularly within the White City Innovation District : as set out in the boroughs industrial strategy. To do this, we build and maintain relationships with anchors, startups, entrepreneurs and influencers in this borough and beyond.
