As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of Commercial Property matters that may include: Landlord and Tenant mattersFreehold Sales and PurchasesProperty Development and Associated Agreements FundingPension Fund TransactionsAgricultural/Rural LandTitle Investigation and Rectification This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive team and contribute to the success of the Commercial Property department within a traditional legal practice. The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years’ PQE, previous experience in unregistered titles, leaseholds, and transfers of part, is confident in their own ability and has excellent client care skills.
