As a Defendant RTA Team Leader, you will be responsible for the overall management of a team of RTA Litigation fee earners. Your main responsibilities will include: Monitoring caseloads and distributing work accordingly.Maximising the personal development of team members and identifying training needs.Liaising with clients and developing relationships with stakeholdersConducting team meetings, departmental meetings and performance reviews.Effectively dealing with complaints. The successful candidate will have previous experience of handling defendant RTA matters in addition to experience of managing/supervising fee earners.
