What You'll Need: A Multi Trade skill set is essential.A full clean UK driving license.Experience in residential properties or social housing.Minimum Level 2 NVQ City and Guilds in either Carpentry, Plumbing, or Plastering OR the candidate must be qualified to complete all repairs and maintenance tasks related to the trades listed above.Carpentry / Joinery skills and experience, as well as Plumbing and Plastering skills.
