Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining their data infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation and scalability of their data systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes.Optimise and manage SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure high performance and availability.Develop and maintain SQL Sequel Reporting Services SSRS and Microsoft Sequel Server MSQL solutions.Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality and accessibility.Implement and manage data solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Utilise containerisation technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes to streamline deployment and scaling.Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to ensure reliability and efficiency. Qualifications: Proven experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases.Extensive experience with SQL Sequel Reporting Services SSRS and Microsoft Sequel Server MSQL.Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Hands-on experience with containerization technologies Docker and orchestration tools Kubernetes.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
