We seek to create a richly enjoyable and personally rewarding environment for all our employees Job Responsibilities Our production areas work on a system of three rotating shifts, incorporating early, late and night shifts from Monday through to Friday. : Operate a pedestrian and / or high lift forklift truck where applicable.: Operate machinery in accordance with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.: Ensure compliance with company Health and Safety Policies.: Report defective equipment. Report all accidents and breakages.: Carry out QC tests / inspection where appropriate and report any deviations to the Supervisor.: Report safety and quality issues through the 1B and 1Q systems.: Report all production transactions to SAP / SFoL in an accurate and timely manner to ensure accurate stock.: Carry out on the job training of new starters when fully trained and competent, necessary to further the development of the Dept and the individual.: Participate in continuous improvement activities such as 5S.: Generate ideas and participate in implementing to make improvements to theDept.
