Mediplacements are looking for an experienced band 8 Ward Pharmacist to work at a hospital in Essex. The pay for this position is GBP35:GBP40 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an on:going duration. Job Description:Support clinical pharmacy service to critical care : Clinical screening and ordering of outpatients, TTAs and inpatient medicine. Ward visits to perform medication reconciliation, assess high risk medication, make clinical interventions and provide support to ward based nurses and doctors. Checking trial prescriptions, Current registration with the GPhC.
