We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Waltham Forest to assist with the appointment of a Deputy Manager Residential Home , on a 3- month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £18.40 - £23.12 per Hour Requirements: Must has Managerial experience in working in residential care home for older people living with Dementia. Smart, reliable with good communication skills. Confident staff who can run the service, shift lead and work alongside the manager. Applicants should have minimum relevant care qualification, such as NVQ Level 4, QCF, or equivalent and the ability to demonstrate an excellent leadership skill. Must have full knowledge of Care Quality Commission. Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
