The successful candidate will be responsible for inspection, audit and incident investigation to ensure that the safety of staff and service users is protected. This is a Band 6 Level role with hours of work being Monday to Friday 9-5.Key Responsibilities Conduct inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risksInvestigate incidents and accidents to determine their root cause and recommend corrective actionsDevelop and implement health and safety policies and proceduresProvide advice and guidance to management and staff on health and safety mattersDeliver training and awareness sessions to promote a culture of safety Requirements A recognized qualification in Health and SafetyIn-depth knowledge and demonstrable experience in a Health and Safety, governance or risk management roleExcellent organizational and communication skillsAble to work autonomously as well as an effective team member How to ApplyIf you are an experienced and enthusiastic safety professional with a passion for protecting the safety of staff and service users, then we want to hear from you.
