Factory Sort Line Operative Avonmouth, Bristol. Full Time, Permanent. 4 on 4 off: 2 days 2 nights (12 hour shifts) Circa GBP30,600 + 10 Bonus + Overtime paid at x1.5 + Enhanced Pension Scheme + Great benefits package. Training and development on offer to progress your career My client, an Energy from Waste business that specialises in converting non:recyclable waste into renewable energy. The site in Avonmouth is a plastics processing facility, converting non recyclable plastics in to new products which can be used in a variety of industries, all while creating green energy throughout the process. Currently, we are looking for 3x Sorting Operatives to work on a full time, permanent basis. You will spend your shift dedicated to a single line, ensuring that all plastic products that pass through, can be processed. This will include picking out foreign objects and materials, such as plastic bags. Requirements: * Great communication skills * A willingness to carry out repetitive tasks for sustained periods of time. * Someone who wishes to develop their career and climb the career ladder within industrial operations. * Reliable and looking for a full time, permanent position. * Able to commute to and from Avonmouth.
