Are you a skilled building services engineer who is looking for a new exciting challenge? I am on the lookout for a building services maintenance engineer to join a busy exciting contract based in West London. This is a varied role which will be based on site for 4 days a week and 1 day covering a local mobile patch. * GBP40k to GBP42k (DOE) * 4 days static in West London, 1 day mobile in the region Duties * PPMs and ensuring statutory compliance is met * Reacting to machinery breakdowns * Lighting : lamp changes, EML testing * Power Distribution * Rewires * Maintenance on circuits * Changing motors * Cleaning/changing filters on HVAC systems * PPMs on pumps * Water testing Requirements * C and G Level 2/3 in electrical installation * 18th Edition * Building services maintenance experience in commercial environments * Able to navigate around a large commercial estate Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
