We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and support our Co-Founder in driving our business forward.Job Description:As an Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth running of our company. You will be responsible for managing the Co-Founder's schedule, organizing meetings and appointments, and handling all administrative tasks. Your role will be crucial in maintaining effective communication within the company and with external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Co-Founder's calendar and schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements- Act as the primary point of contact for the Co-Founder, screening and prioritizing emails, calls, and other correspondence- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required by the Co-Founder- Prepare corporate communication, social media posts, internal comms and promo materials - Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Co-Founder and internal and external stakeholders- Assist with the planning and execution of company events and meetings- Conduct research and gather information to support the Co-Founder's decision making- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies- Take on ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Co-FounderQualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively- Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the Co-Founder- High level of professionalism and confidentiality- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when neededWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company.
