Job Description for RNLD at Priory Hospital Lincolnshire We are looking for a Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) to join our team at Priory Hospital Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adults with learning disabilities, ensuring their physical, psychological and social needs are met. Responsibilities: Assess and monitor the health and wellbeing of the service users. Develop individual care plans in line with best practice. Administer medication in accordance with best practice guidelines. Provide advice and support on health issues to service users and families. Maintain accurate records of service users medical conditions, treatments, progress reports, etc. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals (e.g. doctors, psychiatrists) to ensure the best outcomes for service users. Requirements: Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities qualification or equivalent experience . Knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g. Mental Capacity Act). Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills.
