Pre:Construction Manager : Tier 1 : Immediate Start Role overview: As the Pre:Construction Manager youll be working within the Building Solutions Team, supporting the delivery of all Pre:Construction Services on projects up to GBP15m. Projects will be across a mixture of construction and refurbishment works over several frameworks. Your day to day will look like: * You will manage and coordinate all Pre:Construction activities * Managing the Pre:Construction process from tender issue through to handover to the operational team * You will work with the members of the Pre:Construction team to ensure milestones are successfully completed in the Pre:Construction process * You will attend site visits to view the project during the Pre:Construction stage and engage with the designers and supply chain partners as necessary to inform the detailed design and pricing process Requirements: * Degree qualified in construction or engineering * Previous Pre:Construction experience on projects up to GBP15m * A proven record of successful project delivery * Full project lifecycle experience * Full UK Drivers Licence If you are interested in the role of the Pre:Construction Manager, then please to this advert with an up to date copy of your cv.
