The successful Solicitor will work on a varied case load to include, but will not be limited to, commercial sales and purchases, commercial leases and lease extensions and variations of leases. The appointed solicitor will have the ability to manage a caseload, be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and be very self:motivated to ensure the best service is delivered. You will be joining a thriving team, working closely with colleagues on complex, and sometimes difficult cases and taking a key role in the continued success of the department. THE CANDIDATE:Our client is seeking solicitors with experience in dealing with a diverse caseload of Commercial Property matters. Applications are welcomed from 2 years' post:qualification experience in commercial property. The successful solicitor will be able to manage a caseload, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and be highly motivated to deliver the best service.
