You will work closely with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of IT service management. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the IT Problem Management process, focusing on root cause analysis and resolution. * Collaborate with cross:functional teams to identify problem trends and drive systemic improvements. * Ensure problems are properly documented, tracked, and resolved within agreed time frames. * Produce and present reports on problem management performance and trends. * Develop and maintain problem management processes and procedures. Essential Requirements: * Public Sector Experience: Prior experience working within the public sector is crucial. * Strong Problem:Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyse complex issues and implement effective solutions. * ITIL Certification: An advantage, showcasing your expertise in IT service management.
