This is a locum opportunity to join a well:established law firm on a maternity cover basis. or to register your interest, Tatiana on 454 and quote Job Ref: 6388 OVERVIEW: - The firm is looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their specialist team on a locum basis to cover a maternity leave for up to 4 months. - Handle a diverse conveyancing caseload in general matters, such as sales and purchases, re:mortgages, and transfers of equity.- The appointed candidate should have the ability to hit the ground running and progress the current caseload of around 40:50 cases at different stages.- There will be secretarial support to assist the successful candidate in their work. - Hybrid working is available once settled. - The ideal candidate would be available to commence the assignment as soon as possible and have experience handling their own caseload. - Applications are open to Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers or Solicitors alike.
