Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the night shift operations.Set the nightly work schedule and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.Supervise and motivate two team members.Perform MIG welding tasks to contribute to the completion of projects.Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications.Organise and manage your time and workload effectively.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the night shift operations.Set the nightly work schedule and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.Supervise and motivate two team members.Perform MIG welding tasks to contribute to the completion of projects.Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications.Organise and manage your time and workload effectively.Maintain a safe and productive work environment. Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory role at least 1 years’ experience.Proficiency in MIG welding.Ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.High attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks.Ability to use initiative and make decisions independently.Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure.Excellent verbal communication skills. What’s Offered: Free lunch provided.Weekly bonus system after the probationary period.4-night shift pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 18:30 to 06:30.
