This role presents the opportunity to work on the in-process and final stage test activities of the manufacturing process. Key responsibilities for this Electronic Test Engineer opportunity, based in Bedford:- Testing and fault diagnosis of enclosure systems.- Testing and fault diagnosis of sub-assemblies.- Working in accordance with documentation provided.- Testing and fault diagnosis of customer returned equipment.- Diagnosis and repair of failing units to component level.- Documentation of test results and completion of route cards.- Identification of test equipment and jigs.- EMC & environmental Testing.- Development of test instructions- Assisting in enhancements and improvements to the company’s test processes and procedures.- Working within an AS9100 / ISO9001 quality system.
