About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Domestic Plumber to join our Housing Maintenance and Installations team for a local authority based in Blyth. This is a contract role focused on bathroom maintenance and installations in residential properties. If you have a passion for plumbing and are committed to delivering high:quality service, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: * Perform bathroom maintenance, including repairing and replacing fixtures, fittings, and pipes. * Install new bathroom suites, including sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, radiators etc. * Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards. * Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues promptly and efficiently. * Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors as required. * Provide excellent customer service to residents and address their plumbing concerns professionally. Requirements: * Proven experience as a domestic plumber, particularly in bathroom maintenance and installations. * Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent). * Valid CSCS card. * Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment. * Excellent problem:solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Full UK driving licence.
