We are seeking a skilled and reliable domestic plumber to join our dedicated team, working on a social housing contract in the Newcastle area. This role involves undertaking a range of plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks within residential properties. As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service to our tenants, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their homes are safe and functional. Key Responsibilities: * Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance work in social housing properties. * Diagnose and fix plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and faulty fixtures. * Install and maintain domestic plumbing systems and appliances. * Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance. * Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations. * Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their concerns professionally and efficiently. * Keep accurate records of all work carried out and materials used. Requirements: * Proven experience as a domestic plumber, ideally within the social housing sector. * NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent as a minimum. * Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and fixtures. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Excellent problem:solving skills and attention to detail. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Valid UK driving licence.
