With a number of exciting projects on the horizon they are seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join their friendly team in oxford. The successful Architectural Technologist will have post qualification experience working on residential projects ideally with a sustainable focus as well as being well versed in Revit and AutoCAD with strong technical drawing capabilities. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist: * Working towards/ achieved MCIAT * Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or similar qualification * Several years of post:qualification experience within a UK Architectural Practice * Well versed in Revit and AutoCAD * Keen eye for detail and advanced technical expertise * Proven experience working in the residential sector and ideally commercial * Be a supportive team player * Prior knowledge working on listed building and heritage projects * Passion for incorporating sustainability into design * Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations * Proven experience across RIBA stages 3:5 * Assist with overseeing and managing a small team * Ambitious to progress to Senior level and keen to input to company growth * Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, relevant authorities, and other professionals * Excellent communication skills * Commutable distance to Oxford Interested in this or other roles in Architecture.
