Job Title: Spa DirectorSalary: €6500 + bonusLocation: BrusselsStart: ASAPI am looking for a Spa Director who will be overseeing the daily operations and management of a super Luxurious spa facility.This role involves ensuring that the spa provides a high level of customer service, maintaining a relaxing and enjoyable environment, and managing both the staff and financial aspects of the spa.My client is looking for someone who is familiar working in Luxury environments and is tri - lingual such as Dutch, French and English.Your ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementOversee daily operations, ensuring the spa runs smoothly and efficiently.Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics of the spa.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Customer ServiceEnsure high-quality customer service.Handle customer complaints and feedback.Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.Staff ManagementRecruit, train, and supervise spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and support staff.Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training.Financial ManagementPrepare and manage the spa’s budget.Monitor financial performance, including revenue and expenses.Implement strategies to increase profitability.Marketing and SalesDevelop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.Promote spa services and packages.Manage social media and other promotional activities.Service DevelopmentDevelop and update the spa’s service menu.Stay current with industry trends and introduce new treatments and products.Ensure all treatments and services are provided at the highest standards.Key Skills you will need to bring:Leadership and ManagementStrong leadership skills to manage and motivate staff.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Customer ServiceExceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations.Financial AcumenKnowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost management.Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions.MarketingUnderstanding of marketing principles and strategies.Ability to promote services and increase customer base.Industry KnowledgeFamiliarity with spa treatments, products, and equipment.Awareness of industry trends and best practices.QualificationsEducation: A degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is often preferred. Some roles may also require certifications in spa management.Experience: Several years of experience in a Luxury spa environment.
