They have a niche within the Energy sector, acting for some of the highest profile companies within this and they are happy to fully train you in this diverse and growing area of work. The Energy team handle a vast array of work: solar, battery, substation acquisitions, offshore wind projects, cable etc. They don’t anticipate recruiting someone with Energy property experience and can offer full training and support to make the transition. Alongside the energy work there will be typical commercial property available too, everything from Landlord & Tenant to Acquisitions and Disposals.They have stressed that you really don’t need to worry if you don’t have experience within the energy sector, the team has years of experience and invest in first rate training and development opportunities. Not only is there a collegiate and supportive atmosphere within the team but also across the firm itself.Our client has indicated that those with less than 2 years PQE simply won’t have the experience to take on this role within a fully remote position, however they are open minded above this level.
