This is a full time, hybrid, permanent role offering £40,000 per year. The purpose of the role is to lead projects and be responsible for all aspects of service delivery from inception to completion. Responsibilities: Management and leadership of projects both pre and post-contract across a number of sectors including, but not limited to Housing, Education and Local GovernmentFinancial management of own commissionsLead on major project management commissions, taking responsibility for all aspects of service deliveryPreparation of contracts for commissionsEnsuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standardsProvide Employer’s Agent / Contract Administrator services;Carry out the appointment and co-ordination of other consultants and contractors where required Requirements: Minimum of 3 years for a construction related organisationA proven track record of managing own successful projects in the construction industryKnowledge of Design & Build, warranties, and agreement for leasesExperience of the whole project cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual design stage and at each design in between If interested or want to know more, please feel free to get in touch on 01772 XXXXXX or via email at XXXX@servicecare.org.uk
