Our high levels of customer service and straightforward recruitment processes have resulted in long-standing partnerships with clients since 1973.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, competent and professional contracts manager to join a well established industrial & commercial flat roofing business based in the North West of England.Our client offer a competitive salary, fuel card, company IPAD & Iphone, seasonal gift cards, and an increase in annual leave to reward length of service.Role Description Compiling and gaining approval of HSE Documentation prior to contract start including site specific RAMSReview compliance and report descrepancies to line managerRegular overall performance and project compliance reviews, requiring a detailed reading of schemes prior to project startSet and deliver against KPI's with regular reportsMonitor and manage status and financial performance of contracts to completion with regular status updates to line managerCarry out Lessons Learned review at completion of programmeMaintain in-depth knowledge of materials and specifications Qualifications Proven experience in contract management, working in the construction industryWorking at Heights certificateSSSTS/SMSTSStrong knowledge of housing laws and regulationsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to analyze and mitigate project risksAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsProficiency in contract management softwareStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities This is a permanent position with a view to starting immediately.
