The role would suit a Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE or Chartered Legal Executive with significant experience dealing with claimant brain and spinal injury work.Sacco Mann are working with a leading North East law firm, who are recruiting for a Remote Serious Injury Solicitor to join their claimant personal injury team. The role would suit a Solicitor with 3-5 years’ PQE or Chartered Legal Executive with significant experience dealing with claimant brain and spinal injury work. Responsibilities: Handling a caseload of claimant serious injury neurotrauma cases both litigated and pre-litigated.Assessing liability, quantum investigations and reviewing case evidence.Liaising with medical experts, clients and third parties.Negotiating settlement.Preparing cases for trial.Drafting legal documentation.Attending to clients in person.Dealing with court hearings and applications. Requirements: Essential: A serious injury Solicitor with upwards of 2 years’ experience handling brain and spinal cord injury cases.Essential: Based in Yorkshire This is a fully remote role, to service clients locally in Yorkshire. Salary dependent on experience. Excellent firm with strong North East reputation and growing national reputation.
