Cluster Revenue Manager: Fantastic Hotel Group, West London (office based) : Up to A GBP 55k This is a lead revenue management position for several fabulous properties, you will be tasked with delivering all aspects of the revenue strategy for your cluster of properties. The ideal candidates for this Cluster Revenue Manager role will have proven experience in a revenue role and strong experience across multi:unit and multi:market roles within the Hotel industry. Key Responsibilities: * Report to the Head of Revenue Management and work closely with the General Manager, Sales and Reservation teams of the area you are looking after.* Analyse trends in data to develop winning revenue management strategies and outperform your competitive set.* Maximise total revenue of the property through business mix optimisation and rate manipulation.* Provide ongoing insight into revenue performance of your area to all stakeholders.* Forecast demand per market segment for your area and provide supporting commentary to the management.* Produce annual budgets per segment; participate in the process of delivering the annual sales and marketing plan.* Manage the overbooking strategies for your area to maximise occupancy levels.* Monitor and control all functions of the revenue management system and the accuracy of the reporting solution.* Liaise with your colleagues from e:commerce, distribution, and marketing to drive additional business.* Be commercially savvy in exploring new distribution channels and technology partners for Generator.* Take the initiative to proactively adapt strategy and tactics in changing market conditions. About You: * At least 3 years of experience in hospitality revenue management* Knowledgeable of the global travel and accommodation market* Fluent in English.
