The ideal candidate will have expertise in CAD Cam programming, particularly with Hypermill, and a background in precision engineering for motorsport. This role also offers the potential for career growth into a Production Manager position and involves working closely with clients to ensure project specifications are met. CAD Engineer Responsibilities - Utilize CAD Cam programming skills to create and optimize CNC machining programs using Hypermill software - Apply precision engineering techniques to manufacture components for motorsport applications - Interpret and work with engineering drawings to produce high-quality components - Collaborate with clients to understand and meet project specifications and requirements - Support the potential progression to a Production Manager role by demonstrating leadership and operational excellence CAD Engineer Qualifications - Proficiency in CAD Cam programming, with a focus on Hypermill software - Experience in precision engineering, particularly in the motorsport industry - Ability to interpret and work with detailed engineering drawings - Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams - Willingness to learn and grow into a potential Production Manager role CAD Engineer Day-to-Day - Programming CNC machines using CAD Cam software - Collaborating with production and design teams to ensure manufacturing accuracy - Communicating with clients to understand and meet their specific requirements - Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in CNC machining operations - Building the foundation for potential career progression to a Production Manager position If you are interested in the Cad Engineer role, then apply directly or contact Harry at XXXX@holtengineering.co.uk or on 0773XXXXXX.
