They are currently seeking a Conveyancing assistant...My client is a multi award winning, top tier Legal 500 law firm with offices across the nation. They are currently seeking a Conveyancing assistant real estate to join their team in Manchester due to expansion The role and duties: - Newbuild transactions - Submission of SDLTs and LR searches and applying for property searches - Enquiries - Preparing and submitting files for post completion - Liaising with mortgage brokers, estate agents, developers and clients - & more when required About you: - Experience with the above legal matters - Good attention to detail - Experience in working with Proclaim, Lender exchange and LMS preferably - Exceptional communication and organisation skills In return they offer back: - Minimum of 25 days annual leave increasing with length of service + Christmas closure - Charity days - Friday early finish - Social events and clubs - Annual promotions - In house training - Career development - EAP and trained mental health first aiders - & more This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic firm.
