As a Plastic Fabricator, you will be responsible for working with a variety of thermoplastics to design, fabricate, and assemble components for various products. Fabricator Skills - Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints - Use thermoplastic materials to fabricate components as per specifications - Operate various tools and machinery such as saws, drills, and CNC equipment - Assemble fabricated components into finished products - Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards - Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations Qualifications - Proven experience as a Plastic Fabricator or similar role - Proficiency in working with thermoplastics and fabrication techniques - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints - Knowledge of different types of thermoplastic materials and their properties - Experience using fabrication tools and machinery - Strong attention to detail and quality - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Certification or training in plastic fabrication is a plus Day-to-day - Reviewing technical drawings and blueprints - Selecting appropriate thermoplastic materials for fabrication - Using tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble components - Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth production processes - Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy - Troubleshooting and resolving fabrication issues - Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols If you are interested in this Fabricator opportunity please contact James on 07485 XXXXXX or email XXXX@holtengineering.co.uk
