Duties: Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages. Manage transactions for leaseholds, freeholds, registered and unregistered properties. Process new builds, right to buy, help to buy, shared ownership, lease extensions, and deeds of variation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of residential property law. Use case management systems and Microsoft Office efficiently. Requirements: Previously worked as a Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancing Lawyer or in a similar role. Proven experience in residential conveyancing. In-depth knowledge of residential property law. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
