Kimberly-Clark is looking for an ambitious, self-driven and talented individual to lead the DTS Team. Position Description The primary mission of this position is to deliver DTS capabilities and products, implement differentiated technologies and support business operations to enable IFP Segment business growth working in close collaboration with the Global Digital Supply Chain & Manufacturing Platform teams. ​Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities Owns all aspects of the data & technology for Supply Chain in the IFP segment which includes: * Lead the development & execution of the IT Supply Chain & Manufacturing Strategy in support of IFP Segment * Accountable at Segment Level for Global & Segment technology enabled SC, Manufacturing & Finance products and processes e.g. MES, OTC, Procurement, Planning, Logistics etc. * Own TCO and Value delivered to Segment from Digital SC & Manufacturing Technology enabled capabilities. * Develop SBP and Technology investment plans for IFP Segment, including budgeting, forecasting, business case development, business outcome identification, business adoption plans, resourcing plans * Co-Own with VP Supply Chain Segment the OT within the Mills and work with CISO/CTO to manage Cyber Risks * Business Enablement: Partner with other business units, regions, and business stakeholders to maximize globalization, scalability and overall TCO * Acts as a disruptive change agent focused on transformation for today and tomorrow. Delivers right mix of operations, delivery, strategy and innovation. * Build Talent – Promote and build global leaders, develop resources with the needed functional and technical skills required to meet K-C’s growing application portfolio and changing technology needs. ​Leadership Competencies / Qualifications * 10-12 years demonstrable strategic impact and technology delivery in digital supply chain, manufacturing, finance/GBS and operations within an innovative and highly agile customer environment * Solid experience working in CPG industry, with specific background in working with the Supply Chain & Finance/GBSFunction. * Exceptional ability to build cross-functional relationships with Senior Leaders and diverse teams including the business stakeholders and internal DTS organization * Hands-on experience driving definition and enablement of business capability and technology strategies and roadmaps * Demonstrated skills in application delivery, client relationship management, strong sense of urgency in delivering results, business knowledge, intuition and judgment, high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, strong communication/collaboration. * Proven ability to lead global application delivery in a 24x7 business and secure operating environment * At least 3 years of experience leading projects using Agile Methodologies. * Relevant finance/P&L understanding About You You perform at the highest level possible, and you appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring.
