Description Overview Provide facility engineering support and expertise through the design, development, and maintenance of facility standards for one or more Company sites. Supports continuous improvement efforts in assigned process area. Scope of the Role :Lead capital projects independently, managing scope, plan, budget, and resources for projects ranging from GBP 5,000 to GBP 5,000,000:Coordinate multifunctional teams comprising internal and external subject matter experts:Communicate project progress and potential issues to key stakeholders across the business:Maintain project budget trackers and forecast future spend:Support the Validation Department in preparing and executing equipment and process validation protocols:Write technical reports on various subjects to support quality and operational decisions:Assist in Quality Event and CAPA investigations related to Facilities Engineering equipment:Troubleshoot operational and design issues for Facilities Engineering equipment:Collaborate with the Finance Department to report results to Global Engineering:Manage order processing for capital projects Experience Required :Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (required):Recognized project management certification (preferred):Experience managing engineering projects (preferred):Knowledge of industrial building services (preferred):Experience working in a cGMP environment (preferred):Familiarity with solid dose pharmaceutical manufacturing (preferred):Proficiency in CAD drawing software, preferably AutoCAD:Proficiency in Microsoft Project:Strong communication and leadership skills:Ability to work effectively in a team environment:Problem:solving and analytical skills What We Offer :Opportunity to lead high:profile projects visible to site and corporate leadership:Professional development support:Collaborative work environment as part of a team of three Project Engineers:Limited travel requirements, with occasional travel for specific projects as needed:Professional, friendly, and innovative team culture focused on high performance Comprehensive benefits package including: :Competitive pension scheme:Performance:based bonus:Medical plan:Community volunteering opportunities We are an equal opportunity employer.
