Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for Welders to work for our prestigious client based in Cannock.Our Client is situated to provide a nationwide service, with a highly experienced team, the company has built its reputation on providing a reliable, friendly service.Key Responsibilities:Using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding to join, fabricate, and repair metal and other weldable materialsInterpreting engineering blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine the layout and welding operations requiredSelecting and preparing metal and other materials based on job requirementsCutting and shaping materials using saws, shears, and other cutting toolsInspecting materials, equipment, and structures for compliance with specifications and ensure that they are free of defectsPerforming routine maintenance on welding equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working conditionPerforming quality checks on completed welds to ensure they meet specifications and standards. Identifying and fixing any issues or defectsFollowing safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
