In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-line Taxi Team and managing relationships with self-employed taxi drivers. As part of the APCOA Management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of excellent service across all aspects of the taxi operation. - Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main duties will include: - Regulating taxi availability, - Enforcing operating standards - Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of licensing conditions is advantageous, as you will be required to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, you will be the secondary contact in the absence of the Airport Operation and Contract Managers, ensuring staffing levels are maintained, SLAs are met, and daily reports are provided to management and clients.
